Information reaches KiraHouses in two ways. Some of it is entered directly through a quote request, an account signup or a message sent from the contact page. The rest is gathered automatically by the site itself while a visit is in progress.

• Property details such as the address, the type of home, the age of the roof and prior claim history
• Coverage preferences, deductible choices and the value placed on belongings
• Message content submitted through the contact form
• Device and browser type, approximate location derived from an IP address and pages viewed

Payment card details are never requested or stored on this site.

02 How Information Is Used

Details submitted through this site are used to prepare home insurance quotes, answer questions and keep an existing policy accurate. Nothing collected here is used to build a profile for resale or for advertising unrelated to home insurance.

03 Text Message And Call Consent

Consent boxes on the signup form control which messages arrive. Service messages cover quote confirmations, coverage updates and policy reminders. Marketing messages cover promotional home protection offers, and those two permissions are kept separate.

Consent is never a condition of receiving a quote. Replying STOP to any message ends the program, and replying HELP returns support details. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply.

04 Sharing With Insurance Partners

Producing a home insurance quote requires sending property details to licensed carriers and underwriters who price the risk. Only the information needed for that purpose is shared, and it is shared for that purpose alone.

09 Children And Age Requirements

This site is intended for adults aged eighteen or older who are legally able to hold a home insurance policy. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under that age, and any such record found is removed.
